1. Who we are

11+ Activities (11plusactivities.com) is published by ZAHA Labs. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean ZAHA Labs; “you” means the person using the site.

2. Using the activities

You may use the activities for personal, family and classroom practice, free of charge. You may link to any page, print pages for use with your own children or students, and use the activities in tutoring sessions with a link back to the site.

3. What you may not do

  • Copy, republish or redistribute the questions and explanations as your own content.
  • Sell, license or bundle the content into a paid product, book or course.
  • Scrape the site in a way that disrupts it, or resell the practice content as a service.
  • Present the site as endorsed by, or affiliated with, any school or examination board.

4. Educational content only

The activities are practice material. They are not an official syllabus, and they do not predict what will appear in any real examination. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any school, grammar school, GL Assessment, CEM or ISEB. Decisions about exam preparation and school applications remain yours.

5. Accuracy and corrections

We check the questions and explanations carefully, but mistakes do happen. If you tell us about one, we will investigate and correct it. We cannot accept liability for any loss arising from reliance on an error — please check anything you are unsure about with your child’s teacher.

6. Availability

The site is provided “as is” and free of charge. We aim to keep it online and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change, add or remove activities at any time.

7. Intellectual property

All activity text, questions, explanations and design on this site are © ZAHA Labs. The names and marks of third parties mentioned on the site belong to their owners and are used only for identification.

8. Links to other sites

We link to third-party websites for reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, prices or privacy practices. See our affiliate disclosure for how commercial links are handled.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site develops. The “last updated” date above will change whenever we do, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute arising from them will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
